Inventory Officer
The Inventory Officer is required to do certain tasks on a daily basis depending on requirements. The candidate will be responsible for solely ensuring that all task is to be completed within the specified time and to an acceptable standard.

Role Responsibilities
- Purchase quotation for all inventory items and emailing suppliers the PO.
- Code creation or amendments of codes when needed with BOM setup
- Inventory adjustment for sample and promotion account
- Stock status report and re-ordering is done when required.
- Monthly report (stock report, stock take report, container shipment details)
- Container tracking report emailed to IMEX department
- Daily cycle count
- GRPO of inventory items (imports receiving)
- Tally sheet required by imports department.
- Attending to emails from director and suppliers (stock, reorder and price comparison)
- Attending queries from sales staffs for stock availability and ETA of all items
- Responsible to enter the production headers on timely & accurately.
- Monitor & lead the monthly stock count 1st week of each month & update the management on outcome, identify variances and provide explanations.
- Lead the factory floor staff & inventory coordinator to verify the inventory variance with in 1 day after the stock count & finalize the counting/verification results with the external auditors.
- Ensuring open production orders and purchase orders are closed on timely manner.
- Daily activity report.
