About
Vacuum forming is a simplified version of thermoforming, whereby a sheet of plastic is heated to a forming temperature, stretched onto a single-surface mold, and forced against the mold by a vacuum. We use vacuum forming to manufacture wide variety of products such as Disposable Plates, Bowls, Meat tray (black & White).
All products are manufactured to international standards and the raw material for food grade products highly meets the F.D.A. requirement in the code of federal regulations in 21 CFR177.1520 for food contact.
Expanded Polystyrene Benefits
Fire Properties
Expanded Polystyrene blocks and sheets are manufactured from a fire retardant raw material and are not an undue fire hazard when correctly installed.
Moisture
Expanded Polystyrene, when force-saturated to a moisture content of ten percent of volume, will retain 80% of its thermal value, therefore retaining the energy saving characteristics. When polystyrene is saturated with moisture, odours are not emitted and there is no nutritional value to support algae or fungi, thereby negating hazardous growths and decomposition.
